1. **Our TRL Home Subscription app** caters to consumers seeking hassle-free access to housing anywhere in the world. This platform enables users to subscribe to fully furnished residences without managing primary furniture or traditional moving logistics. Additionally, it introduces a tenant scoring system, utilizing historical data and reviews to offer dynamic pricing and benefits for subscribers. The app also facilitates utility bill payments, allowing users to settle expenses like water, gas, and electricity directly within the platform.
2. A **DeFi app** that facilitates and bridges the challenges to traditional processes by automating functionality, providing opportunities to engage in fractionalized property ownership through Asset Backed Tokens and more. These tokens enable users to own real world properties, additionally earn rental yields, benefit from property value appreciation, receive discounts on home subscriptions and be rewarded by being in our ecosystem. The DeFi app also supports token lending and borrowing in the future, allows users to participate in DeFi related activities by increasing user coverage, place their real world assets as collateral to obtain liquidity via our tokens and other additional functionalities. Moreover, users can stake/pool their $TRLCO tokens to liquidity pools to earn additional yields.
