# TRL HOMEFI (Rent-to-Own Lifestyle Solution)
HOMEFI is a new way to own your dream home, wherever you dream of having it. It provides the benefits of homeownership in the modern day economy with the added fluidity and advantages of a renter. The only solution in the market that provides flexible, borderless and seamless real estate ownership opportunities with no down payments on owning your home.
Similar to a “mortgage”, users sign a Rent to Own agreement with TRL to pay a fixed amount every month for an agreed tenure.
Users also have the benefit of shifting their said “mortgage” to various properties seamlessly as we will follow their user profile and not be locked into the property itself to provide a truly seamless homeownership journey and experience.
