**HOME SUB PLATFORM User Flow**

1. Create an account\

   To begin accessing our services and offerings, you must sign up for an account within our TRL ecosystem. New users will need to undergo the completion of KYC. In addition, new users will need to link their account wallet with their preferred payment method such as online banking, credit and/or debit card.<br>
2. Accessing our services\

   Users will be able to browse through our main products listed on our website such as the Home Subscription (HOMESUB), Rent to Own (HOMEFI), Renovation Financing (RENOFI) and Home Saviour Protection Programme (HSPP).

* Home Subscription (HOMESUB)\

  Users interested in our global services and offerings can enrol into a monthly subscription. Live a borderless lifestyle by identifying your next location and navigate through our list of available properties to rent within your next destination.<br>
* Rent-To-Own Lifestyle Solution (HOMEFI)\

  Users renting within our ecosystem are given the option to convert their rental paid into committed payments for homeownership. Simply submit an online application for the HOMEFI program and provide the relevant documents requested from TRL. Once approved, a new contract will be drafted for users to officially own their dream home.<br>
* Renovation Financing (RENOFI)\
  \
  Users who already own a home can look to protect their cash flow in their next renovation ideas. Get your upgrade financed through us, submit a formal application online and provide relevant supporting documents. Once approved, a contract will be drafted for users to kickstart building their ideal home vision.

3. Managing products, services & subscriptions\

   Users can stay informed through managing and monitoring the application status or progress for active, past and promotional / suggested subscriptions on our platform. All related fees and payments can also be done within the platform via the linked user’s account wallet.
