Our Ecosystem

This section describes in detail our 360 RWA ecosystem and drivers associated with it.

Please note that any specific values quoted (such as planned launch prices, fee percentages, $TRLCO Tier requirements, etc) may change as the ecosystem evolves.

The Real Lifestyle Ecosystem is both consumer & investor driven and comprises three main sections

1) The $TRLX token Ecosystem, 2) The $TRLCO token Ecosystem and the 3) The TRL DeFi Ecosystem.

$TRLX (The Investment Ecosystem) will be sold as Asset Backed Tokens and $TRLCO (The Backbone token of our Ecosystem) are sold as tokens listed on appropriate CEX/DEXes. These tokens offer exceptional utility that maximise the benefits of blockchain technology. Our Token ecosystem has been designed to utilise the underlying real estate assets to foster more predictable prices. TRLX is a set of value locked tokens that are tailored to each portfolio of properties and symbolises a fractional ownership of the rights to profits generated from the underlying assets (our properties) associated with it.

$TRLCO serves as the global utility token, providing utility such as home subscription discounts and "priority access" from day one that expands and synergizes inline with our ecosystem.

On the other hand, our TRL DeFi Ecosystem will serve mainly web3 consumers/investors where they can get access to our own Liquidity and Property Pools for Lending and Borrowing Protocols revolving around buying real estate and also be able to enjoy yields generated from the marketplace overall. This enhances the use case of our tokens and provides more liquidity around an asset class known to be illiquid: real estate.

Please note: While this whitepaper presents our present vision, it's essential to understand that adjustments may be necessary as the ecosystem matures with exposure to markets & legal systems. Such adaptability is vital, ensuring our responsiveness to emerging insights and the practicalities of ecosystem operations.
