Progress: Where we are today

As of 14th August 2025

  1. Pre-Seed Raise: We successfully raised $550,000 at a $8.4M valuation. $350k in Equity and $200k in Token Round.

  2. Two food and beverage businesses have signed onto our ecosystem allowing $TRLCO token holders to spend within these outlets in exchange for their f&b products worth $63.80K.

  1. Successfully tokenized Malaysia's First Property:

We have set up a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) and purchased a property in Jalan Tebrau, Johor Malaysia worth $170.20K in cash to kickstart our first TRLX-1 SPV tokenization proof of concept. This property is meant to generate rental yields and is projected to generate capital appreciation for investors as it is located 15 minutes away from the Singapore border, 10 minutes away from Monash University and is expected to benefit from Johor’s infrastructure redevelopment plan and new influx of data centres.

  1. We have recently signed to be property managers for a condominium unit at PV9 Setapak situated in Klang Valley Malaysia. We also have signed promissory notes with these property owners for an option and promise to purchase said properties once the funds are raised via $TRLX or $TRLCO. We will recognize revenue from Q1 2026 onwards.

We have also recently signed promissory notes with 76 other properties (76 properties spread out around Klang Valley & Johor Malaysia and 3 others pending in the US spread around Cleveland and Akron Ohio) worth over $23 Million.   2. To date we have more than 600 KYCed users that have tested our Dapp, more than 1,000 staked users and a robust community that believe in our vision.

  3. Secured a tech and marketing grant from SKALE worth $100K and a tech grant from IOTA worth $50K (Adhering to KPIs set).

  4. We have filled our $400K Seed Round in exchange for Equity and Tokens at a $12.24M Valuation (A 46% Increase since October 2024!) by Ida Mok, who will come in at a strategic capacity and be our Chief of Business. Investor Credentials: Founder of Spool, Fluidity Money and WIBA (Women in Blockchain Asia).

  5. Our first set of tokenized properties will be concentrated at Bali and Dubai offering high dividend yields to investors with real world rental distributed back. Estimated Assets Under Management will be around $8-10M and an initial portion will be tokenized before our $TRLCO TGE.
