The Landmark Launch

The launch event, held during Malaysia Blockchain Week 2024, attracted close to 500 attendees, including industry leaders, investors, and blockchain enthusiasts. Among the highlights was the purchase of 100% of the tokens by a visionary investor, who now enjoys full ownership of this landmark asset. This event not only signifies a shift in property investment dynamics but also demonstrates the potential of tokenization in making real estate more accessible and transparent.

TRL's initiative stands as the first of its kind in Malaysia, positioning the company as a trailblazer in the tokenized property market. Tokenization allows real estate assets to be divided into smaller, tradable digital units, enabling a broader range of investors to participate in the property market.
