$TRLCO Token Distribution upon Token Generation Event

The Tokenomics for $TRLCO are more similar to what you might expect when reviewing a whitepaper of this kind. They have been designed to balance the token utility, health of the ecosystem and the risk for investors at various stages of development.

The total supply of $TRLCO tokens are capped at 1.8B and there will be a finite supply meaning there will be no new tokens minted in the future. Based on the token distribution, allocations are well balanced in situations where tokens can be earned from a pool, spent and sent back to the treasury, allocated to buy properties and tech development for the sustainability & growth of the ecosystem.

Distribution details and Utilization:

Angel Round

We have launched our Angel Round at a price of 0.0048 per token and the target raise is at $199K allowing tremendous upside on token returns during this stage till (IEO/ICO/IDO).

Seed, Private, Public Sale and TGE Rounds

We intend to have a Private KOL Round after running a Seed for strategic investors followed by a Public Pre Sale on launchpads and relevant Key Influencers to invest before launching our TGE Public round (IEO/ICO/IDO). At the Seed Round we target to raise $1M at a price of $0.0088 per token for investors to have potential significant upside when price reaches TGE. During this round we also aim for strategic cornerstone investors that can aim to raise and provide smooth sailing for future rounds. *This round is only valued at $15.84M

For our private and public sale rounds 1 & 2 we intend to raise $350K and $2.7M at a price per token of $0.0188 and $0.0218 respectively. We also plan to raise from strategic RWA partners/institutions or even property developers and also have plans to raise on multiple platforms such as Seapad, Daomaker, Fjord foundry and other launchpads. *Valuation for Private and Public Rounds at $33.84M and $39.24M respectively.

At TGE we aim to raise a total of only $300K with total amount raised from all rounds: Angel - TGE to be a total of $7M at a valuation of $59M upon TGE releasing a total of 26.91% of total token allocation.

We will allocate the majority of funds to listing initiatives such as Tier 1 and other Tier 2 exchanges, refine and development of the technology platforms, Operational runway for 2 years and legal framework fees to advance our product ecosystem planned in the roadmap.

The balance will be utilized for property purchases from Treasury allocation to build our assets under management

Treasury

The treasury holds tokens under the stewardship of the enterprise shaping and developing the ecosystem. At launch, 10% of these tokens will be available to the business, with the rest scheduled for gradual release, ensuring we have strategic flexibility. TGE unlock for Treasury allocated tokens will be 10% with no cliff throughout 12 monthly payments. Majority of allocation will be used to purchase and create property pools, relevant marketing, airdrops, DEX liquidity, and various economic activities, underpinning the ecosystem's enduring growth and robustness.

Team and Partners

This allocation serves as a reward and motivation for both current and future team members deeply committed to the ecosystem's success. With a substantial allocation paired with a prolonged vesting period, we aim to attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team's alignment with the project's long-term vision."

Rewards Pool

$TRLCO rewards earned from our consumers via our product quests can be extracted from this pool. This includes staking yields from our $TRLCO investors.

Early Ecosystem

We want to provide small reward incentives to our early believers that supported this project be it early community members, advisors, team members, contributors etc.
