  1. Pre Seed : Raised $351K for 6.5% of The Real Lifestyle Sdn Bhd (Malaysia Company) since Q1 2024. All shareholders will be transferred to BVI Holdings Co in Q2 2024, With 1% $TRLCO Token Allocation listed as 'Team and Partners'.

  2. Exclusive Pre Sale round (extended to friends and family & local market):Raised$199K for 2% of $TRLCO token allocation. Majority of funds will be used to secure a 1 year runway, marketing/community building and completion of our various tech products as shown above.

  3. We will be closing seed and strategic rounds by Mid August 2024, with the balance funds concentrating on token raise via launchpads, exchanges and aim for TGE within October 2024 depending on market conditions.
